Bianca Rubio

Hello. I am Bianca & I’m the heart behind B.Hive Creations Mobile trailer where I bring creativity and passion to mixology for community events, nonprofits, and private celebrations. I’m also one of the event coordinators of Bay Biz Events, working to create impactful networking and business opportunities in Solano County and the Bay Area.

Beyond my businesses, I have deep roots in my family restaurants, helping run our beloved local spot, Taco Jalisco, since I was 16 years old. My love for Vallejo drives me to be an advocate for small businesses, community growth, and policy change, ensuring that local entrepreneurs have the support they need.

I actively serve on multiple boards and work with nonprofit organizations to uplift our city & community, giving back through events, mentorship, and advocacy. My goal is to see my community thrive while building meaningful connections.
