As President of Vallejo Main Street, Pippin Dew is a dedicated advocate for the revitalization of Downtown Vallejo, working to create a vibrant business district that honors the city’s history while fostering economic growth and community engagement. With a passion for small business development, historic preservation, and placemaking, she has played a key role in strengthening partnerships between local businesses, community organizations, and city leaders.

Pippin brings extensive leadership experience to her role, having served nine years on the Vallejo City Council, where she prioritized economic development, public safety, and infrastructure improvements. She is also a gubernatorial appointee to the San Francisco Bay Ferry Board of Directors, where she helps shape the future of regional transportation and connectivity. Additionally, she recently completed her tenure as President of the Solano Association of Realtors, where she championed housing solutions and sustainable growth initiatives.

With a background in real estate, civic engagement, and regional policy, Pippin is committed to making Downtown Vallejo a destination for residents, visitors, and businesses alike.
